(More customer reviews)The pump no longer appears as it does in the picture. I have a previous version that was exactly as pictured. The new one is smaller, features crimps all around the top, and comes with an accordion type of plastic sleeve to allow it to fit in applications where the previous pump fit perfectly.
In my application, an '81 DeLorean, I wrapped the accordion sleeve with the wrist half of a nitrile glove to provide a vapor barrier, as the new design would allow air and fluid to slosh up to the contacts area if I used it with the plastic sleeve alone. The old (pictured) design was much easier to install, and provided more peace of mind regarding the security of the installation.
Were it not for the Bosch box marked with the part number, and other mentions of a new design I've read online, I would have thought I received the wrong part. As it stands, it is not an optimal replacement design, but it works, and it has pumped fuel perfectly as expected in the few days I've been running it since installation. For function, it earns stars; for fit and accuracy, it loses stars, hence my rating of 3.

(More customer reviews)I've used these pads on other Volkswagen applications, and they're great pads. The downside is Amazon's vehicle compatibility database is not as accurate as it should be. These pads do NOT fit some 2008 and newer VW Touaregs. Those Touaregs (believe it or not) use the same front disc brake pads as the 2006 Ferrari 612, and the 2005 Aston Martin DB9. Although those pads cost upwards of $130.00 / set, with some shopping around one can find them priced between $60.00 - $90.00.

(More customer reviews)I bought this frost plug since KATS did list this fitting on the Nissan GA160DE engine however I think it only may be listed as such since it is a 30mm plug. I knocked out 4 soft plugs on my nissan and it wouldn't fit it any of them. So I went to Napa and for $30 I got one that came with instructions on which exact soft plug to put it in and the electrode was smaller to fit in.

Update: 9-17-09 To update that they do not wipe quietly and dance(jump) across the windshield on the upstroke. Not recommended.

Beck Arnley 172-1729 Condenser Review

(More customer reviews)I guess it is probably my fault but doesn' fit. Shipping was fast and order was complete. I should have looked at the picture better or they should have a better picture. My 74 VW Bug distributer has a round hole in the side of it. The condenser has a square one. I didn't get a chance to try to install it for a while so didn't even open the package for a month. Live and learn. I just thought since it said it fit my Bug it would.
Still happy with Amazon and the deals I've gotten. Just be sure of what you order or compare when you get it so you can exchange. Rest of my order was 4 stars.
