(More customer reviews)I have owned the bleeder for about a year and I have used it several times on my cars and several friends' cars. I makes bleeding much, much easier especially when bleeding clutch cylinders as well as the brakes.
I would definitely recommend the longer hose. There are also fittings available for other cars without the screw type reservoir.
One change I have made makes the project even easier... I do not fill the bleeder body with fluid. I use a turkey baster to remove the old fluid from the car's reservoir and I fill it to the brim with new fluid. I use the bleeder to pressurize the system and I check regularly to assure that I do not lower the level and re-insert air to the system. It dramatically save time on clean up - at the expense of having to carefully watch the levels. You also have to re-pressurize if the levels get low. In my mind a small price to avoid the clean up. The reservoir usually takes two refills and re-pressurizations per fluid replacement.
I generally switch colors or the fluid from change to change to make the bleed easier.
I have heartily recommended this product to several friends.

Lexol 1115 Leather pH Cleaner Spray 16.9 oz. (500mL) Review

(More customer reviews)The Lexol pH cleaner worked extremely well to clean automotive leather upholstery and surfaces. Just follow the instructions on the bottle and it does a fantastic job. Always use the pH cleaner before you apply the Lexol conditioner since you don't want to apply new oils over existing dirt. The pH cleaner comes out as a clear liquid that is more viscous than water. I recommend using a terry cloth sponge to create more lather than just using a cotton cloth or terry cloth. I have tried several over the counter leather cleaner/conditioners and Lexol beats them all.
Pros: Cleans leather without drying it. Very easy to use.
Cons: The product is a bit expensive and hard to find compared to the over-the-counter products, but it should be the only product to buy and Amazon carries it!
Overall: If you own any leather accessories or cars with leather interiors, Lexol pH cleaner and Lexol conditioner should be on your list.

Lexol Leather pH Cleaner Spray, 16.9 oz.Deep-cleans dirt, oil and leftover perspiration salts that build up and destroy leather interiors. Lexol Cleaner is adjusted to the pH of leather, so it will not harm the finish or fibers of the leather. Rinses easily and quickly with water, leaving no residue or dulling film. Apply with either a damp Lexol Applicator Sponge or a damp soft cloth to work up a foam that lifts out the dirt. Rinse thoroughly with another clean, wet sponge or cloth. Once all traces of cleaner have been rinsed off, pat dry with a soft, 100% cotton towel. To keep your interior in top condition, clean the leather about twice a year and immediately follow with Lexol Conditioner. Do not use on suede.

I read the reviews of this product on several sites and after seeing the reviews it received, decided to fork over the extra cash and give it a try. Totally AMAZED with Zymol Carbon Wax!!! I've tried several throughout the years...Meguires, Mothers Carnuba, Kit, Rain Dance and a few others I've since forgotten. BY FAR, this is the best wax and well worth your dollars spent.
I first prepped my '02 Z71 Chevy with the Lehm Clay bar and Lehm Lube. 2nd step was the Zymol HD Cleanse. Final was with Zymol Carbon Wax. Yes, it takes quite some time to do, but the results are absolutely FABULOUS!
Word to the wise....READ THE DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOW THEM on the HD Cleanse and Carbon Wax. Yes, there is a specific way to apply, and remove, both the HD Cleanse and Wax. Final thought, if you mess up and hit any black plastic trim......it does NOT leave that god forsaken white residue on the black plastic trim!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ZYMOL!

RaggTopp 2141 Farbric Protectant Review

(More customer reviews)RaggTopp is the defacto waterproofing protectant and revitalization product to use on Vinyl and Cloth convertible tops. This item is intended for Cloth tops only. There is another version for use on Vinyl tops. Before using this product you must first clean the top using a cleaner like that made by RaggTopp. Once the top is dry then you have to drape your car with sheets to avoid getting overspray on windows and paint. It would not be the end of the world if you got this stuff on the paint or glass but you have to wipe it up promptly with clean towels, turning regularly to get rid of it. With the top down and the windows up i laid out a bed sheet and then closed the top over it. then cover the back deck of the car and the rear window when spraying. you must hold the spray very high over the car and make broad sweeping motions. allow the spray to gently rain down on the top. if outdoors this would be hard to do on a windy day. if hold the can too close to the top when you spray you will end up with white lines that make your top look horrible. i did this the first time and had to clean the top and start over. with the can held high you get a light even mist covering the top. you let it dry and repeat the spraying process. once completely dry your top will once again have what seems like factory fresh water repellant abilities... water beads up like when the top as new. i wish that the instruction that came with it were as detailed as these and hope that these note help you rejuvenate your cloth top.
i rate this item 4 out of 5 becuase the included instructions were lousy. they could have easily been made more complete like my one notes above and saved me lots of time in getting this job done. but the product works like nothing else.

Due to the sharp cutoff characteristics of the lens assembly of my car, I can't say that the light beam being thrown is significantly farther. The light is definitely brighter and whiter in color within the beam area making it easier to see at night. I did not try the more exotic brighter bulbs available because of reading reports that their extra high current requirements might overtax a car's wiring causing insulation to melt. There was also a 2-for-1 special pricing when I purchased this set of bulbs that made it an extra good buy.

RAGGTOPP Convertible Top Care Kit - Fabric Review

(More customer reviews)As a relatively new cloth convertible top owner I wanted to pro-actively to take good care of my top from the start. All roads lead to RaggTopp Fabric Protectant, which essentially meant that it has the recommendation of the Hartz Fabric Company recommendation. I have used this product before and it worked, but this year it was a disaster. First of all they changed the spray nozzle on the aerosol can to produce an extremely fine spray. Whatever their reason for this was it now means that it is impossible to use this product outdoors as the slightest of breezes sends it off into the wind. You must apply it in a garage setting only. Secondly when my small top failed to bead water after apply three coats per the directions I contacted the manufacture to try to understand what went wrong. They were far from professional, in fact I would characterize their behavior as nothing less than insane. First telling me that I did not apply enough. Then telling me that I applied too much. And a few other really bizarre comments were sent to me written in all capital letters! It appears that this company is really just a one man and a bitter and unhappy fellow at that! But the good news is that this interesting information that I would like to share with you. This is not the only option for fabric top protectant. And of the alternatives there is one that had been the defacto Hartz recommended product for over 20 years (RaggTopp was only recommended by them for the last few years - do I smell a bribe, or should I say paid product endorsement?). The alternative is a product called 303 Protectant - High Tech Fabric Guard. It is available from Amazon and it is less expensive than Raggtopp. 303 also makes a fabric cleaner. And 303 has a manual pump spray which allows for much greater control in applying the product. My top beads water again thanks to 303. Goodbye RaggTopp, your horrible customer server has turned me and now everyone in my roadster auto club off of your products for good.
