(More customer reviews)My car was stolen with this device properly attached. When I retrieved the car, the busted AutoLock was waiting for me on my front seat. The AutoLock's shorter metal "arm" was bent out of the way (separated from the rest of the Autolock by about an inch), and the brake pedal face bent slightly, enabling the AutoLock to slip off the brake. From articles I've read about the AutoLock on the Internet, it's length is a major weakness: it can be used as leverage to bend the (relatively) weak metal arm and disable it. Either that happened, or a crowbar was used to bend it.
Bottom line: don't rely 100% on this device to protect your car. Nothing can do that. It is only a deterrent, just like the Club, and will not prevent a determined thief from taking your car. However, realizing the flaws of the AutoLock, I can say that now I own and use BOTH the Club and Autolock, and just hope that the work to disable this tandem is enough to discourage the next would-be thief.

(More customer reviews)What can you say? Wiper blades are like lamps, tires, belts, filters, and oil. Nobody knows how to change them anymore. If you know what you're doing, these are a piece of cake. They will work. Now not all blades are created equal. Some are better than others. It all depends on the climate you live in. For heavy wind, snow, sleet, and rain, you should consider something made from silicone by Rain-X 5079275 Latitude 8-In-1 Premium Graphite Coated Wiper Blade - 18" or PIAA 96045 Forza Hybrid 18" Silicone Wiper Blade. But if you're like my dad, then you will buy the cheapest blades, then change them as soon as they fall apart. Never mind that better made blades will wipe better and last longer. At $3 per blade, my dad likes these whenever they go on sale. Otherwise, we get the cheapest rubber blades we can from Wal*Mart. He does have a point. Why buy $30 blades, when you can buy 10 $3 blades? We just try to see the road through streaks and blurs on the windshield, and hope we don't hit anyone on the road.

(More customer reviews)I got two of these blades for our Ford Focus and I am very please with them. They come with extra clips to insure that they will work on all makes and models out there. For me the clip that was pre-attached was the one for our car so it was as simple as sliding the old blades off and sliding this one on. I've had some issues with blades not contouring perfectly to our windshield but these are great. As long as they are available I will continue to buy this brand.

(More customer reviews)Ok, maybe not an entire generation, maybe 1/2 a generation.... My point being that this blade design has something new to offer. Rather than a rigid metal frame and a flexible rubber blade held in place with springs, the entire assembly is flexible. I would guess that this enables more of the blade to stay in contact with the windshield. The results would indicate this is the case as these blades seem more resistant to streaking than other blades. They do their job well and I have no complaints.
