I waited almost 2 weeks before they even thought about sending my order out for shipment... Had they sent an email telling me it was on back order, I would have been more sympathetic...I didn't receive any notice from this company as to what the status of my order was..had I not complained to Amazon about the order, I probably would not have received anything at all
