(More customer reviews)I frequently skin my knuckles when removing the OEM filler cap in my car, so I got this cap, imagining how awesome it was going to be to never have to wrestle with that old cap again. That fantasy brought new nightmares: almost every gas pump nozzle in my area has a vapor recovery sheath (looks like a black accordion cover), and I can never get a good seal to pump a constant amount of gas. I try changing positions and depths with the nozzle through this new filler cap, but can never achieve the seal, which means I'm constantly inhaling fumes and sounding like I'm topping off the tank every few seconds or so. The best I can do is to wiggle the nozzle till I can get it in as deep as possible, then hold the trigger about 1/4 of the way to pump in gas very slowly. Disappointing.
