Amazon had the refills for a great price and when I added a few other items I needed, I was able to get the free shipping on orders over $25. The items got delivered in three days (even with the Super Saver Shipping)! Maybe I was near their distribution center but it was a nice surprise to get them so quickly. I installed them in a few minutes and now I'm ready for the next downpour. Kudo's to Amazon for delivering the goods.

I have been suffering lousy wipers that screeched and stuttered across my windshield, leaving behind streaks for a couple of years. I tried many other brands, including the fancy stuff from Tripledge and RainX, but none of them worked as well as these Trico Teflon blades. I hope they hold up through a couple of seasons.
I am a little puzzled about Amazon's shipping practices. They sent everything in my order in separate boxes, each the size of a bread box; I bought 4 blades plus one other item, and they came in 5 very large boxes. One of these boxes would have been enough to hold all 5 items that I ordered. If Amazon had shipped them all in 1 box, they would have saved themselves a lot of money, and wasted a lot less cardboard and packaging. There must be more cost effective way for Amazon to ship stuff.

These blades have performed very well and offer a clean and chatter-free wipe. The boot protecting the frame of the blade works very well and makes cleaning the windshield area much easier than in previous years (this was the first time I bought winter blades). The blades have cut down on the amount time it takes to clean my car off in the morning. Hopefully they will continue to work well for at least a few more months.

Trico 24-1 Exact Fit Wiper Blade - 24" Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this because I wanted a blade that looked just like the OEM one. What's the point of a connector that looks identical if the blade looks different? My original had a slotted vented appearance, while this one did not. That might not be a big deal, except the other Exact Fit blade (different length) I got for the same car did not look like this one. It looked closer to the OEM. I don't want blades that don't match each other, and might even react differently to wind.
I ended up getting the Trico Products 15-240 Teflon Wiper Blade - 24" instead. It's not touted as an exact fit, but it matched the OEM blade very closely in appearance. It also matched the other Teflon blade I got for the other side of the windshield. It installed in seconds, and came with extra fittings just in case it did not have the exact connector by default. The fitting did not look exactly like the OEM one, but functioned exactly like it. I'd rather have a blade that looks identical than a fitting that looks identical (but can't be seen once installed.)
Another minor quibble is that the Exact Fit blade was not the exact length of the OEM. It would not have made a difference, but the name implies that this blade is much closer to what I expected than it was. The only thing that Exact Fit means is that you can be sure that the default (and only) connector will not need to be snapped off and replaced with a different included connector before installing. If you might consider that a challenge, you might consider changing any blade a challenge.
Prices fluctuate, but the Teflon blade might be close to the price of this one, and possibly even lower, especially if there's a rebate in effect.

If you are not into that, there is no particular reason to buy these over any other blade you can find at your local auto parts store. There is nothing particularly outstanding about their quality or performance over other standard blades, nor are they any worse based on my experience.
I would have given three stars, but I am bumping up one because they are supposedly giving proceeds to breast cancer research/awareness, certainly a worthy cause.
I suppose one could make a case that many companies are jumping on the socially conscious boat for purely profit motives (i.e. they know they can gain a certain % of the market if they support X group/non profit/charity, etc), so I can imagine that some might be wary, but I guess it depends on how cynical you are.
Installation was easy, and would have been easier had I just not even looked at the "instructions" Sheesh. If it's not self evident how to remove your current blades, get out your car manual. Most likely, you will be able to just slip these on after getting your current ones removed. Instructions made it seem harder than it really was.
Bottom line: Nothing special about the blades themselves, buy if you want to hopefully support breast cancer awareness and/or research, check these out. I do wonder how MUCH they donate from each sale? They don't mention that anywhere on their site. "A portion" is as specific as I saw...that could be .0001%! A little more transparency would be nice, here.

I've read that they won't last as long as typical lights, but as long as they last longer than Silverstar's I think I will be happy. Too bad U.S. doesn't offer the HID headlights for the CR-V like the rest of the world can get. I wouldn't have this problem at all!

The longer blade fits fine, but this one will not attach with the adapter it comes with, hence it is useless to me. The instructions also don't seem to match the adapter fitted in the blade. I would not recommend buying this except in person at a store you can return it to easily, since there must have been a change in production between these 2 lengths.

(More customer reviews)I installed these wipers as a replacement for the Silblades I normally use on my Jeep Wrangler. It rained the day after installation, and they performed horrifically.
They left a black rubber residue all over my Jeep's windshield, which of course caused the blades to D-D-D-drag across the surface, the added resistance will eventually cause he windshield wiper's motor to burn out. Now I'm going to have to take a razor blade to the windshield to remove the black rubber left on it and purchase new wipers, only after 1 day of use.
In the spirit of full disclosure, the Silblades I normally purchase nominally last 3 years; however, no one had the 13" Silblades I needed in stock, so I tried these "high end blades" due to the good reviews, now I wish I had simply waited for the Silblades to become available, as I've just thrown away good $.

(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these to replace a pair of Rain-X Latitude Beam-Style Wiper Blades. I finally got tired of the streaking that they caused, so I switched to these. They work perfectly; no streaking or smearing at all. They make firm contact with the windshield, which is where the problem is with the Rain-X blades; they just don't use enough pressure against the glass. These work great at removing snow as well, unlike traditional wiper blades where snow gets stuck in the frames. I would definitely recommend these wiper blades: So far, they are the best that I've ever used on my car.
