(More customer reviews)The bulbs are cheap, it's not the first time I got sylvania bulbs and I know and accept their quality variance for the price (glass embedded with sand, sealing glues oozing out of the seams excessively, etc.), or so I thought.
One of the bulb I got had focus problems. The light spilled over to one side heavily, making the beams look "crooked" when you drive. The output also look a bit dim and doesn't have enough "spread", but instead focuses on two spots. For the money I guess it is okay, but I sure got what I paid for.
Strange but I had some old plain Sylvanias on my car before, and I remember they worked better. Hmm.. Must be my memory failing.

Denso (5305) IW16 Iridium Spark Plug, Pack of 1 Review

(More customer reviews)This has the 0.4mm tip which Denso says to replace in 30,000 miles. I replaced the distributor cap, rotor and the plugs as I do each 10,000 miles. When I purchased them I assumed they would last 120,000 miles, but the ones that last that long have the 0.7mm tip. My 1994 4 cyl Toyota pickup runs better and idles more smoothly.
For the last 21 tanks of gas the average gas mileage was 19.819. With the Iridium plugs the mileage was 21.045. I normally use 89 octane on the next tank I will try 87 because I read the iridium reacts with the benzine for a better burn.
Based on the improvement above I would use 88.188 less gallons of gas over a 30,000 mile period which would save $238.11 based on gas at $2.70 a gallon.
The newer cars (my 2003 Corolla is an example) came with iridium plugs so I would think only the older cars would benefit from this upgrade.
I used Amsoil Performance Improver, the tank that ran the PI got 20.3 mpg, the last time I ran a tank of PI I got 17.5 mpg with regular Toyota plugs. I continue to get about 1.1 mpg better with these plugs.

I have a Pontiac Grand Prix, and the Trico Winter Teflon Wiper Blades actually fit better, and performed better, than the original blades when the car was purchased new.
I highly recommend these blades, and will buy them again, when my current wipers need replacing. I know that it is recommended that windshield wipers be replaced yearly, but because the wipers are working almost as well as when I first installed them, that is not necessary at this time.

(More customer reviews)I own a 2002 Volvo V70 XC with factory mounted roof rails. These feet fit the rack perfectly. My friend owns a Mitsubishi SUV with a completely different style of factory mounted roof rails, and this product fits his car too!
I mounted the feet with no trouble and no extra tools. The Thule lock cylinders (you have to order them separately) are no problem to install. There are only two things- you have to make sure that you by the Aero load bars (these feet don't work with anything else) and you have to make sure that you buy the correct length load bars as well because of how they are constructed. I have the 53 inch load bars and they work perfectly. I suggest using the rack fitting guide on rackattack.com to figure out what size works for your car.
The solid construction and universal adaptability of this product mean that I will keep it even if I have to get rid of my car. These feet fit any shape rail securely.
I would recommend this product to anyone.

(More customer reviews)I purchased these plugs to use in my 98 Saturn SL2. The first thing to do is inspect the plugs before installing them. The finished product isn't the best. The threads on one of the plugs had some burrs on it that concerned me to the point where I decided to dress it with a file first before installing it. If not, it could've cross threaded the head which would have been disastrous!!!
The plugs come already gapped and aren't adjustable. There were some variances in the gaps. Since the variations were so slight, I felt it would not be an issue and decided to install them as is.
I debated on whether or not to use anti seize and eventually decided against it. The website for the spark plug doesn't really recommend it. It says that the threads are nickel plated which help to resist seizing and galling. Even though the plugs are warrantied for 5 yrs./100k miles, I don't plan on leaving them in there that long.
If you do plan on leaving the plugs in for a long time, anti seize would probably be a good idea. Don't forget to adjust the torque values if you decide to use anti seize.

I just installed the plugs yesterday. The car seems to start up faster and has more pep when you hit the throttle. The old plugs that were removed were relatively new (5,000 miles on them) and in good condition so I don't think the improvements were a matter of worn plugs being replaced with new plugs. Even so, those things are hard to measure and open to the power of suggestion. The real test will be the miles per gallon, which I will be evaluating and reporting on after driving for approx. one month.

Update: It's one month and 1,200 miles later and the numbers are in.
First, some driving impressions. The car does run smoother and has more power. The car maintains 65 mph on the freeway with less effort than it used to take. Before, I could feel the engine "working" to maintain 65 mph. Now it cruises at 65 and I need to keep an eye on the speedometer.
Now the good stuff. My SL2 averaged 25.75 mpg versus 23.02 mpg for the month prior to installing the E3 spark plugs. I have to admit that because of the increased performance, my foot has been heavier on the gas pedal than normal so the mileage could possibly have been even a little better. All in all, I would say these spark plugs are a worth while purchase that will eventually pay for themselves.

All the local stores sell is 55w bulbs for about $40 a pair. At half the price this is a great deal. Hella bulbs also seem to last longer and be better made than some brands. Trico 19-1 Exact Fit Wiper Blade - 19" Review

(More customer reviews)I've used Trico blades in the past and have gotten at least average performance out of them. I selected this hoping it would match my existing OEM blades. All replacement blades should fit exactly with the right fitting installed, but what's the point if it does not match the OEM blade in appearance? This one was not quite the same, but close enough for my taste. The problem was that I needed two blades, each of a different length. The other Exact Fit did not match my OEM blade in appearance, and did not look like this one either. For me, that defeated the purpose. A minor quibble is that they were not the exact length of the originals, which would not affect anything, but it doesn't seem appropriate given the name.
I ended up sending this back since the other blade would not work for me, and I bought the Trico Products 15-190 Teflon Wiper Blade - 19" instead. It matched just as well, if not better. The default fitting was as close to the OEM one as I needed and it installed in seconds. It's a Teflon blade too. You should check prices, since they fluctuate, and the other might not be much more than this one. It might be less, especially if there are any rebates.
All they mean by Exact Fit is that the connector is the correct one for your vehicle. Chances are that would be true for any of their other blades. But the others contain alternate connectors in case the replacement does not fit. Changing the connector is a minor issue, and I would imagine that anybody who would have problems doing that would most likely be asking for help replacing blades anyway.
