(More customer reviews)911 front lifts (especially for this year) are notorious for needing to be replaced. I picked up a pair of these for my 911 after reading the rave reviews of this item. It worked great. I did have to find installation instructions online. As long as you don't mind spending the time, you can swap these in yourself with a pair of pliers, a flat head screwdriver, and a lot of patience.
The hardest and longest part was removing the old supports. It took me a (long) while to realize that to remove the bottom connection, I just had to twist it off the post -- it was not held on by a clip.
Now that I have actually gone through the process, I can do this work in probably less than 15 minutes flat.
